Electronic Signature Agreement

Electronic Consent: By providing your electronic signature, you consent to conduct business electronically and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Consent to Electronic Signatures
By checking the electronic signature box and submitting your information, you agree that:
- Your electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature
- You consent to conduct business with Tides Credit electronically
- You agree to receive all documents and communications electronically
- You have the necessary hardware and software to access electronic documents
2. System Requirements
To access and retain electronic communications, you must have:
- A computer or mobile device with internet access
- A current web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge)
- Software capable of reading PDF files
- A valid email address
- Sufficient electronic storage capacity
3. Electronic Communications
You consent to receive the following communications electronically:
- Service agreements and contracts
- Privacy policies and terms of service
- Billing statements and payment confirmations
- Service updates and notifications
- Credit report analyses and dispute letters
- Account information and progress reports
4. Paper Copies
You may request paper copies of any electronic communication by contacting us at support@tidescredit.com or (555) TIDES-1. Paper copies may be subject to a reasonable processing fee.
5. Updating Contact Information
You agree to keep your email address current and notify us immediately of any changes. You can update your contact information by logging into your account or contacting customer support.
6. Withdrawal of Consent
You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic communications at any time by contacting us in writing. However, withdrawal of consent may result in termination of your service as we primarily operate electronically.
7. Federal E-SIGN Act Compliance
This agreement complies with the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act) and applicable state electronic signature laws. Your electronic signature demonstrates your intent to sign and your consent to conduct business electronically.
8. Authentication
Electronic signatures are authenticated through:
- Your unique account login credentials
- Email verification
- IP address logging
- Timestamp recording
- Browser and device information
